Who we are

This website is operated by Middle East Media and Advertising LLC (MEMA), an Al Hajiry Group company based in Wadi Kabir Industrial Estate, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Questions about this page or information submitted through the website can be sent to info@memaoman.com.

Information you send

When you use the project-enquiry form, MEMA may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company or organisation, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, selected service and project details.

If you later send drawings, photographs, a BOQ or other files by email, those materials are handled as part of the same business enquiry.

How we use it

MEMA uses enquiry information to respond to your request, understand the project scope, prepare quotations, arrange site visits, coordinate project discussions and maintain normal business records connected with the enquiry or resulting work.

MEMA does not use the website enquiry form to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.

Site security & spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse and spam protection. Security providers may process limited technical information needed to distinguish legitimate requests from automated traffic.

Google Maps

The Home and Contact pages include an interactive Google Maps embed showing our Wadi Kabir location, which loads automatically when that part of the page comes into view.

When it loads, Google may process information about your browser, device or interaction and may use cookies or other storage technologies under Google's own terms and privacy policies. You can use the direct directions link or the location QR code instead if you prefer not to load the embedded map.

Cookies & analytics

At launch, MEMA does not use behavioural advertising or non-essential analytics cookies. The core Astro website does not rely on a general marketing-cookie banner.

If analytics or advertising technologies that require consent are introduced later — for example GA4, Google Ads or Meta Pixel — this notice will be updated and appropriate consent controls added before those technologies load.

Sharing & retention

Information may be processed by service providers used to host, secure or operate the website and enquiry workflow — Cloudflare (website hosting, security and Turnstile), Resend (delivery of enquiry emails to MEMA) and Google Workspace (MEMA's email) — and by MEMA staff who need it to respond to or deliver the requested work. These providers may process information outside Oman under their own safeguards.

MEMA retains enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant business purpose, project administration and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022), you can ask MEMA for access to the personal data you have sent through this website, ask for it to be corrected, updated or deleted, and withdraw consent to its further use.

If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can raise it with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which oversees the law.
