Middle East Media and Advertising LLC (MEMA) is an Oman-based manufacturer specialising in signage, branding and outdoor advertising, with in-house production capabilities in Muscat.

Our story

Founded in 2007. Built on Trust.

Since 2007, MEMA, part of Al Hajiry Group, has grown from a signage and fabrication business into an established signage, branding and outdoor advertising company serving clients across Oman.

With a team of 100+ people and more than 1,000 customers served, our growth reflects the experience we’ve built and the lasting relationships we’ve developed with our clients.

Today, we continue to build on this foundation, combining our manufacturing capabilities and expertise to deliver reliable solutions for projects across Oman.

MEMA started its journey as an advertising agency.
2009
Launched sign manufacturing and traffic sign manufacturing.
2012
Signed for airport projects.
2014
Executed expressway road signs across four phases.
2015
Entered into OCEC internal and external signs.
2018
ASHGHAL Qatar approval for traffic signs and manufacturing.
2019
Introduced reflective printing from Avery Dennison USA, and accomplished JSRS certification.
2020
MEMA achieved ISO certification.
2021
Guard rail reflector local manufacturing commenced.
2022
MEMA attained PDO certification.
2023
Added reflective printing from 3M USA.
2024
MEMA elevated to a new and bigger facility.

How we work

The process behind every install.

From inquiry to handover our teams coordinate scope, materials, site requirements and safety, maintaining accountability throughout the project.

Inquiry

We gather the project brief, understand the client's requirements and identify the scope of work.

Site Survey

Our team visits the site to verify measurements, assess existing conditions and identify installation requirements.

Design

Designs and artwork are prepared based on the project brief, site measurements and applicable specifications.

Approval

The proposed designs and relevant details are submitted for review. Production proceeds once the required approvals are received.

Material Procurement

Materials are identified and sourced according to the approved design, technical specifications and project requirements.

Fabrication

Signage components are manufactured to the required dimensions and specifications using the appropriate materials and production methods.

Printing

Artwork is printed onto the specified media, ensuring the graphics are prepared for the intended application.

Assembly

Fabricated components, printed graphics and other required elements are brought together to form the completed sign or signage system.

Quality Inspection

Completed items are checked for workmanship, dimensions, print quality and conformity with the approved requirements before dispatch.

Installation

The finished signage is transported to the site and installed according to the project requirements and site conditions.

Handover

The completed work is reviewed and handed over to the client, marking the close of the project.
